Biographical Information

William Dallas is a guest instructor who currently serves at the Assistant Superintendent of Student Achievement for Fountain-Fort Carson. He 
received his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Research, and Foundations from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs where his research 
focused on financial modeling and equity within funding formulas. Additionally, he has served as an elementary and middle school principal, and as President of the Colorado Association of Secondary School Principals.
