Julie Harmon is the Inclusion Specialist in the Office of Inclusive Services at UCCS. Julie has been an advocate for people with disabilities and their families for over 20 years, working for PEAK Parent Center as the Director of Parent Services and serving on the National Down Syndrome Congress Board of Directors and the Colorado Springs Down Syndrome Association Board of Directors. She is the proud parent of two young men with disabilities who inspire her every day to work harder and do more so that people with disabilities have every opportunity to be included in all aspects of their lives, including college.
