Julie Luehring, MA
Assistant Teaching Professor, Inclusive Early Childhood Education Teaching and LearningBiography
I am an educator with years of public speaking and communication expertise. I have a drive for serving communities through collaboration, projects, and leadership! My goal is to be an advocate for children, adults, and all stakeholders through my classroom experiences, as well as through the interpersonal and professional interactions that come my way. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, family, and teaching dance classes in my community. A few things that make me happy include dancing, writing, hiking with my dog, and exploring new places!
My Passion in work:
Community-focused collaborator with expertise in communicating and designing rigorous instruction for diverse stakeholders including students, staff, parents, and administration. Skilled at aligning communication and actions with mission and vision goals.
Committed team leader with experience managing employees, training new staff, mentoring, and modeling team and community standards to ensure positive culture, growth, and success.
