Gifted and Talented Certificate and Endorsement Program
This 25 credit hour certificate prepares teachers at all levels to enhance their teaching methodologies in Gifted and Talented (PK-12) education. The certificate will require 3 credit hours of practicum work. To receive licensure endorsement from the Colorado Department of Education, the candidate must complete the certificate requirements and pass the GT Praxis Test. All courses are offered in a convenient format and will transfer into the Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a Gifted and Talented endorsement.

- Pay application fee
- Complete tuition classification form
- Submit all official transcripts from colleges/universities attending or attended
- Complete a background check or provide an unofficial copy of teaching licensure
- Resume and career goal statement
- Three recommendations (contact information only)
- Interview with a department faculty member
- Complete FAFSA
