Biography

Dr. M-C currently serves as the Faculty Director of Military Leader Development for graduate and undergraduate programs in partnership with the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) to prepare Squadron Commanders and Academy Military Trainers. He also serves as Faculty Co-Director for the Leadership Pikes Peak Powered by UCCS program. Dr. M-C teaches across all CHS degree programs, working with USAFA military leaders, Graduate Counseling and Human Services students, and Undergraduate Behavioral Health and Human Services.
