Biography

Prior to joining UCCS Dr. M-C worked for 15 years in public education in the Pikes Peak Region and Beijing, China. Dr. M-C served as a high school counselor, instructional coach, high school assistant principal, director of career and technical education, and high school principal. Dr M-C works across all DCHS programs with students in the Air Officer Commanding and Academy Military Trainer Programs in addition to students in the Graduate Counseling Program and Undergraduate BA in Human Services Program.
