Jana Hoffmann serves as the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the College of Education. She is a seasoned administrative professional and has worked in many industries, such as non-profit organizations, insurance, aerospace, and government agencies. Jana has experience supporting a variety of business functions, including administration, customer service, human resource and employee benefit management, insurance claims, flight operations, and working with foreign exchange students. She will use her skills and passion to serve the Dean, faculty, university staff, students, and UCCS’ mission by providing administrative services, handling complex requests, and managing projects and events. Jana received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Phoenix.

In her personal time, Jana enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, getting together with friends, playing board games and scuba diving.
