Biographical Information

Dr. Clayton is an Associate Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning in the College of Education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He brings an extensive background in K-12 schools prior to joining UCCS. His research interests include education policy, post-secondary readiness, teacher preparation, curricular innovations, the teaching and learning cycle, and causal methods.
