Biographical Information

Janet Giddings has been working with students and educators in the Pikes Peak Region for 25 years. She began as a high school science teacher in D-11 and D-49 for 15 years, then moved into administration in D-49 for 5 years. She has been working with student teachers in the Secondary Education Initial Licensure Certificate program for the past 5 years, supervising their student teaching experiences. In 2022 she joined the College of Education as a part-time Clinical Instructor. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and they enjoy traveling to visit their three adult children in Aurora, Albuquerque N.M. and the United Kingdom.
