Founded in 1976 under the name Citizens’ Goals for the Colorado Springs Community, Leadership Pikes Peak is one of the premier community leadership development organizations for more than 40 years, strengthened further by our new partnership with University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Our mission is to build a thriving community through leadership and service: Engage. Enrich. Empower. Connect.
With more than 2,500 graduates who serve the community as trustees, Leadership Pikes Peak is helping to make our region a wonderful place to live, work, and play.

Armed with knowledge, tools, and connections, you’ll be equipped to address pressing community needs and drive meaningful change. Over the course of 10 transformative months, from August to June, you’ll dive deep into the issues that matter most in our community and learn from industry leaders and experts.
