Biographical Information

Jordia Martin is a dedicated educator with a rich 29-year career spanning various roles in the field of education. After a decade of teaching, Jordia transitioned into the role of a school counselor, where she has continued to strive to make a profound difference in students' lives for the past 19 years. In addition to her counseling work, she has spent 13 years as a guest lecturer and university supervisor at the UCCS College of Education, instructing both School Counseling Practicum and Internship courses.

Certified as a Life Coach and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, Jordia brings a comprehensive skill set to her work. Her expertise is further enhanced by her endorsement as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Specialist. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jordia enjoys traveling with her husband, indulging in reading, and exploring the great outdoors.
