Requirements for Apprentices

- 45 prior college credits in ECE or an AA in ECE (2.0 GPA) and/or accepted into the IECE Graduate Certificate Program
- Works 20 or more hours in a UCCS apprenticeship sponsored ECE setting
- Applied and accepted to UCCS IECE BA or IECE Graduate Certificate program
- Enrolled in required IECE courses at UCCS
- Applied and accepted to UCCS ECSE Apprenticeship Program

Requirements for Employers

- Sponsored by UCCS ECSE Apprenticeship Program
- Support Apprentices in their UCCS coursework (mentorship, flexibility, OJT etc.)
- Provide .50 raise annually while participant is an apprentice
