Henrietta Williams Pichon, PhD
Henrietta Williams Pichon is dean of the College of Education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, effective July 1. For the last academic year, Pichon served as the interim dean for the newly formed College of Health, Education, and Social Transformation at New Mexico State University. She also served as interim dean for the College of Education and interim Associate Dean for the College of Education.
She has had multiple publications and scholarly conference presentations throughout her tenure as a faculty member. Her primary research and teaching focus include access, development, and persistence of historically underserved populations in higher education, which include students, faculty, and staff. Secondary interests focus on leadership. She has been called upon to share her expertise in these areas.
